Associate Technical Support Director
SPATECUK® is seeking an Associate Technical Support Director with previous experience managing a team, to take on the role within its Hostcomm team to support field-based technicians and franchisees across the UK & Ireland to diagnose and resolve issues remotely.

Salary: £46,000 Salary subject to qualifications and experience
Job summary:
As the Associate Technical Support Director, you must have strong leadership skills with a demonstrably high level of emotional intelligence. With a very solid understanding of working in the Spa, Pool, or hot tub industries. You will have a highly active technical curiosity that fuels your interest in innovation.
Managing and leading staff, maximising job satisfaction, and ensuring recruitments meet operational requirements.
Monitoring staff performance and ensuring appropriate training and development.
Overviewing practices and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Attending board meetings and submitting reports as required.
Liaising with key accounts to keep products and processes under review.
Suggesting the introduction of new technology to ensure continuous improvement and to identify new products and processes.
Developing and controlling budgets and costs.
To be considered as our Associate Technical Support Director, you will need:
A recognised formal technical qualification or significant experience working with:
Water flow piping.
Electronics products (Balboa and or Gecko).
Electric motors and water pumps.
At least five years managerial experience of technical teams.
Minimum ten years’ experience working in the Spa, Pool, Bath or Hot Tub industries.
Up to date knowledge in HSE legislation and quality systems
Analysis, diagnosis, and solution generation skills
A commercial mindset, someone who can see opportunity.
