Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by the Coronavirus outbreak. These are tough, unprecedented times, and the information and guidelines we get from government are changing daily. We are following these guidelines and recommendations closely, as well as implementing our own practices and procedures to reduce risk.

Is Penguin Hot Tubs and Swim Spas showroom open?
In response to government announcements, we took swift action to temporarily close our showroom. We are determined to do our part to help limit the spread of COVID-19, and the health and safety of our employees and our customers will always be our top priority.
Our online store is open and taking orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however you may experience slight delays in deliveries.
Can I buy a hot tub or swim spa online?
Yes. Stepping into your hot tub in your garden allows you to sit back, relax and enjoy the view whilst enjoying a warm and relaxing spa experience at home. Our online store remains open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and has a large selection of luxury hot tubs and swim spas that you’ll find in our showroom and more. If you find something you love, you can place your order online and we’ll deliver it just as soon as it is safe to do so.
Can I buy hot tub filters online?
Yes, we are Scotland’s largest stockist of Darlly hot tub and spa filters. We stock a vast range of hot tub filters for every make and model of hot tubs in Europe, United States, Canada and China.
Can I buy hot tub chemicals online?
Yes. Hot tub and pool chemicals are essential for the maintenance and hygiene of your hot tub. Our hot tub chemicals are the best in the industry and have been designed specifically for the use of cleaning your spa or swimming pool. We offer a wide range of chemicals, including chlorine and bromine granules, chlorine and bromine tablets, pH increaser and pH reducer, hot tub cover cleaners, spa water foam reducers, water clarifiers and much more.
