If your hot tub or swim spa has developed a fault, help is at hand! Our team of experience technicians are available to diagnose the issue and advise on the best course of action to get your spa up and running again.
Our initial hot tub call out Includes travel up to 35 miles of ML8 4QD and up to one hour on site for investigation, diagnosis and if possible repair of any issue on all makes and models of hot tubs or swim spas.
The price does not include parts and any labour after the initial hour or subsequent return visits. Labour is charged at £40 per half hour thereafter. Return visits incur a minimum £40 labour charge.
To minimise labour and return visits we request that tubs are full of water for any call out and as much information is provided about your issue as possible.
Mileage is charged at £2 per mile after 35 miles.
Once you have placed your order we will contact you to get details of the issue and to book the technician for a suitable date.
East Lothian Hot Tub Standard Hot Tub Call Out
If you have decking or the hot tub is sunk into the ground please create access for us to work on the hot tub. If this isn’t possible, please contact us prior to making a booking so our engineers are fully aware prior to arrival, so that they have the correct tools and time allocated to do the job safely.
All work onsite is guaranteed for 1 year and parts come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, if a re-book is required for work done we will cover the cost of this however if you require extra work to be done or extra parts this will be charged for as separate labour and components.
