What if I've already bought my product?

 

The savings don’t just stop there. If the price of your product drops on our site or you see it cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of you receiving your order, let us know by either giving us a call or email office@penguinspas.com. We’ll happily refund the difference.

7 Year No Leak Shell Warranty

Penguin Hot Tubs warrants against water loss due to defects in the swim spa shell for seven years.

 

5 Year Shell Surface Warranty

Penguin Hot Tubs warrants the surface material of the Penguin Hot Tub to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years. (Parts Only, No Labour)

 

2 Year Component Warranty

Penguin Hot Tubs warrants the electrical components, pumps, air valves, levers, bezels, and other Penguin Hot Tub components against defects in material and workmanship for two year. Some parts, most of which can be changed out without the use of tools, such as filter cartridges, filter lid, hot tub pillows, and cover locks are not included in this warranty but are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Hot tubs covers and other hot tubs accessories are specifically excluded from this warranty, although they may be covered by other warranties.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY  – standard delivery, positioning and final electrical connection FREE to UK Mainland address. Any lifting equipment (Hi-Ab, Crane) and electrical wiring (certified electrical quotations upon request) is not included. Please contact our team for further information.
