Salary: circa £18,600 to start
Main duties and tasks
The eCommerce Retail Assistant role will involve listing goods to ensure they are regularly advertised.
Monitoring online platforms for sales and special offers
Dealing with the queries for 1000’s of products advertised
Dealing with online platforms, liaising with problems, and advertising.
Data entry of advertisements
What we are looking for in our eCommerce Retail Assistant
Previous experience within selling online using platforms will be advantageous.
Accurate computer skills and attention to detail are required.
Good organisational skills, to organise your day and check on daily and hourly to do lists.
You will be able to work on your own initiative and manage your own time to achieve results.
Have your own transport as we are a rural location.
Job role / duties
Working in a busy office, you will be part of the marketing function and the first point of contact for all product listings.
You will offer excellent customer care to resolve queries and issues whilst maintaining excellent feedback through the eCommerce channels.
Process customer refunds, returns, and replacements for missing or damaged items with assessing the content of a query and respond with great efficacy.
Be an effective communicator and ensure all calls are acknowledged in a timely manner and calls forwarded to relevant persons.
To manage the resolution of customer complaints over the phone or Email
Track progress and updating EPOS system, reporting daily to the team on progress.
General administrative tasks as required.
