  • The swim spa will be delivered on a flatbed truck - either a crane or a Hiab will be required to move the swim spa to your desired location. We do not include the hiring of a crane/Hiab in the price of standard delivery - companies local to you will normally have the most competitive price. Many companies will provide a free quote - it is worth seeking quotes from several companies. You will need to supply them with the weight and size of the swim spa. We are flexible with the time and date for delivery - if you have found a certain time slot where your crane/Hiab is cheaper to hire, we will be able to sync with that time. The swim spa is a single lift item - this will usually take the crane/Hiab 45-60 minutes. Typical costs are £500-£1500 for a crane and £200-£400 for a Hiab.

All our swim spas are delivered and installed FREE (exc. Crane or Hiab) across Scotland by our team of SPATECUK qualified field technicians. The whole process will take between 4-5 hours, depending on your water pressure and any special requirements.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands, please contact us for delivery charges.

    Electrical Supply
Once positioned your swim spa will then be connected to your electrical supply, it is imperative that your electric supply has been tested prior to installation to ensure it is working, and that enough cable has been left from the isolator to reach the furthest point of your swim spa. Should you require a qualified electrician, please contact Penguin Spas Technical Team.

    Filling & Training
Once connected to the electrical supply, your hot tub will be filled with water and commissioned. Once commissioned you will be provided a comprehensive training lesson how to use your swim spa, the features and the chemicals required and how to use them to maintain your water.
