Dear Customer,
At Penguin Hot Tubs Limited we are doing whatever we can to continue to provide the very highest level of customer care and support that we can during this difficult period. Our highest priority is the safety of all our valued customers and colleagues. We recognise the increased uncertainty that coronavirus is causing, and we also know that the Pool and Hot Tub Industry has an important role to play in, supporting mental health at reducing the feeling of confinement at home.
Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by the Coronavirus outbreak. These are tough, unprecedented times, and the information and guidelines we get from government are changing daily. We are following these guidelines and recommendations closely, as well as implementing our own practices and procedures to reduce risk.
“Service engineers and technicians are able to attend site to deal with the repair and maintenance of pool plant and equipment to avoid possible health and safety issues, with water hygiene and electrical safety. It is vital that pools and hot tubs can be maintained correctly and often this can only be undertaken by professional service engineers. This will ensure that there are no public health issues with stagnant untreated water from various pathogens such as Pseudomonas, E. coli, Legionella, etc. which can pose a serious risk to health” - The British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association (BISHTA)
