What if I've already bought my product?

 

The savings don’t just stop there. If the price of your product drops on our site or you see it cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of you receiving your order, let us know by either giving us a call or email office@penguinspas.com. We’ll happily refund the difference.

 

The important bits

 

No confusing jargon here, just handy information you should know.

 

• We match against the total cost of our competitor’s item and delivery, so keep this in mind before you call us
• We only price match against websites from retailers in the UK
• The product on our competitor’s site needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site
• The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 10 days
• We don’t price match against other trade sites
• Unfortunately, we can’t price match if you’re using a finance plan

All our hot tubs are delivered and installed FREE across the UK by our team of BISHTA qualified field technicians. The whole process will take between 4-6 hours, depending on your water pressure and any special requirements.

 

Positioning of the hot tub

Our technicians will position the hot tub in the location using our special adapted equipment. Should your delivery require special equipment such as a crane or Hiab, it is your responsibility to organise these to be on site in time for delivery, the service provider will lift and position your hot tub.

 

Electrical Supply

Once positioned your hot tub will then be connected to your electrical supply, it is imperative that your electric supply has been tested prior to installation to ensure it is working, and that enough cable has been left from the isolator to reach the furthest point of your hot tub.

 

Filling & Training

Once connected to the electrical supply, your hot tub will be filled with water and commissioned, the hot tub is then drained and re-filled. Once commissioned you will be provided a comprehensive training lesson how to use your hot tub, the features and the chemicals required and how to use them to maintain your water.
