5 Minuti Pizza Oven is a compact, wood-fire pizza oven with a refractory oven floor and stainless steel dome it is capable of reaching operating temperature in 5 minutes. The Alfa 5 Minuti pizza oven was elected oven of the year in 2012. It is very easy to use, like a barbecue grill, it requires little wood and can cook what you want in a few minutes. This oven top is designed to be placed on the worktop of your choice, be that a purpose-built brick bbq area or the complimenting Alfa Multifunctional Base.

- The pyrometer measures the temperature of the cooking chamber
- The stainless-steel front makes cleaning easier and the landing is useful for placing food and pans
- The firewood may be arranged on the support surface waiting to be used
- When your 5 Minuti is delivered, it is nearly ready for use. Just insert the flue.
